Captivating little flame
Burning and blistering painful pleasure
Dancing on the tissue of being
Begging for my breath to speak it's name
Tugging at my maddening silence
Silently I carry
Through the doubt
Unending uncertainty of voices I love
Building walls to contain it
Looking to me to make sense of it
Silently I gaze, I hold, I try to swallow
It vibrates like a stretching seed carefully watered
Pressing the edges to break free
Dancing on the tissue of being
Making me catch my breath
Silently
