Last minute we called Warren & Carmen for a quick trip to Naples, FL.
It has been over a year since our last visit here. It was due for a visit. They has spent the day on a friends boat, basking in the sun and when they arrived home - about 15 minutes after us they looked like Lobsters.

Regardless the grill got set up - the drinks came out - and we swam & chatted with their friends.


Gary and I then walked to the beach to enjoy fireworks and work off the Oreo cookies we got into.

I don't know what it is about traveling that has me believing we can cheat on the foods we eat, like calories don't count or anything, but I didn't hesitate to eat Oreos, hot dogs, chips, or drink Colorado Bullfrogs. All of it tastes like gourmet food when you haven't had it in a while, and despite the fact that I am now classified as a "chubby cute chick," I couldn't help treating myself to junk gourmet (I got the healthy nitrate-free chicken dogs). Yum!
